1. Purchased goods are non-refundable. Likewise, payments made in the event of a user's refusal to use the service are non-refundable.

2. Account verification is manual only. If you checked purchased accounts using a public checker and/or public proxy services, the accounts cannot be replaced.

3. We check accounts using private software on private proxies, which guarantees account protection from bans.

4. Refunds are issued only if a replacement item is unavailable.

5. Replacements are subject to the same account verification rules as regular purchases. This means they should also be verified immediately upon receipt.

6. Deleting messages in conversations with store support is prohibited.

7. If the user has complied with the support request deadlines (as per the support request rules) but has not provided complete or required information in the required format for support to take action (the same applies to account replacements), the user is given 24 hours from the time of the corresponding support request to correct or supplement the information. Otherwise, the administration bears no liability and is exempt from refunds or other compensation.

8. Creating duplicate messages to the store's support team regarding the same comment or other problematic issue is prohibited.

9. The following procedural consequences apply to a user who: insults the store's support team, either explicitly or implicitly, or commits fraudulent actions (or attempts to commit them) aimed at deliberately misleading the support team; and actions aimed at creating any obstacles to the normal operation of the store or spreading slander to damage the business reputation: Any support actions will be permanently suspended, and any pending services (if any) will be cancelled. Replacements and any compensation will be void.

10. The product quantity will not be recalculated, either upwards or downwards, if the buyer does not receive the product for any reason. At the time of payment verification, the product quantity is determined solely based on the price in effect at the time of order. Compensation in goods or cash will also be made in accordance with the other rules described in this section.

11. Accounts are considered fully valid (working) if they can be accessed using one of the following methods: classic web authentication or a token.

The store reserves the right to refuse service to the user if this agreement is violated.
